Financial Manager - Plan, analyze, evaluate, and implement financial and accounting methods and make recommendations to maximize profitability and maintain financial stability.  Develop and implement financial policies, procedures, and systems.  Manage preparation of financial statements, cost-benefit analysis, and management reports.  Review financial planning and budget processes and make necessary amendments.  Manage preparation of balance sheets, cash flow and profit and loss statements.  Identify and develop a variety of analytical approaches to meet business objectives.  Execute financial and evaluation analysis and generate financial forecasts.  Mon – Fri 8am – 5pm .3 years experience in job offered or as Accountant.
