We promise to respond to your request within 24 hours. Delivery - Your order will be handled expeditiously and delivered within 10 business days. In the event that we cannot meet this commitment we will contact you immediately. Shipping - To ensure you receive your items as quickly as possible we have chosen to use Federal Express and UPS. As a Special, shipping and handling is FREE on all orders. All shipping items require a signature upon arrival. Guarantee and Return Policy - Princess Jeweler's "Peace of Mind Guarantee" was written with the customer in mind. You may return your internet purchase for any reason within 30 days from date of shipment for a full refund of the purchase price. Please note, this return policy applies only to purchases made online. Merchandise returns will not be accepted after 30 days. All returns must be in new condition, we will not accept worn, broken or damaged items for refund. Shipping and handling charges are nonrefundable. If your item is defective, Princess Jewelers will refund your return shipping charges and send you a replacement item or issue a full refund. When returning merchandise we recommend, for your protection, that you use UPS or US Postal Service and insure your package for the full value.
